Pulaski, NY –Fulton (www.fulton.com), a global manufacturer of steam, hydronic and thermal fluid heat transfer products, recently embarked on its fourth year as a General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule Contract Holder for industrial and commercial heating. GSA originally awarded the five-year, renewable contract to Fulton in June 2006. As a Contract Holder, Fulton is listed on the Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), which allows government purchasing officers access to Fulton products for purchase. As a pre-approved vendor for equipment, Fulton is able to offer its complete line of high-efficiency hydronic boilers, thermal fluid heaters and vertical tubeless steam boilers for purchase on the Schedule. Under the terms of the contract, Fulton continues to meet the unique application requirements of government facilities in need of high-efficiency hydronic, steam and thermal solutions. The GSA provides easy and flexible requisition-based sourcing and ordering capabilities for products and supply partners like Fulton who meet federal procurement regulations. This service eliminates the time-consuming need for comparison shopping, and simplifies the billing and payment process by relying on the use of Government Purchase Cards. “We are very pleased and excited to have been awarded a contract with the GSA and to continue to provide valuable heating solutions through the Federal Supply Schedule,” said Kathy Sega, executive vice president and general manager at The Fulton Companies. “We see our contract as not only being instrumental in the expansion of our distribution, but, more importantly, as a great opportunity few companies experience to help government purchasing officers meet the unique needs of their facilities, while making it easy for them to work with us.” Fulton can be found on the GSA Schedule through contract #GS07F9429S under FSC Group Code 56 (Buildings and Building Materials/Industrial Services and Supplies).
