Fulton Offers 125 HP Boiler Room Rental Trailer

Mobile trailer offers a quick-fix solution for unexpected system loss

Pulaski, NY –Fulton (www.fulton.com), a global manufacturer of steam, hydronic and thermal fluid heat transfer products and provider of innovative energy management solutions, now offers a mobile boiler room that can be rented to provide a quick-fix solution for an unexpected system loss.

The new mobile boiler room features Fulton’s 125 HP horizontal wet back firetube boiler, mounted and wired in a 53-foot trailer. The boiler room on wheels comes ready for easy installation and hook-up with all accessories piped and fully wired and single point connections available for steam, electrical, water, drain and fuel.

The 125 HP horizontal firetube boiler is a 150psi design pressure boiler with a dual fuel burner for natural gas and #2 oil. The boiler has a rating of 4,314 lbs. of steam per hour output from and at 0 psig and 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The complete system features a VT-150 feedwater system with a high pressure pre-heat kit, an F-150 Blowoff Separator with cooling kit and a 50-gallon chemical feeder. In addition, the trailer includes a mounted 270-gallon oil tank for applications where oil is available on site and a gas-fired space heater for cold climates.

Fresh air louvers have been wired in series with the burner to open and close when the burner is running, ensuring adequate airflow for proper combustion. The mobile boiler room is weatherproof and offers a well-lit, enclosed work area.
