Programming Specialist

Job Overview

Design, modify and support Programmable Logic Controller programs for heat transfer applications.  Develop electrical diagrams associated with PLC projects. 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • PLC Program design for heat transfer applications
  • Customer support associated with installed systems
  • Electrical diagram generation
  • Program testing and troubleshooting to verify customer criteria has been met
  • Potential field support of projects
  • Design interface and provide support network integration with Energy Management Systems

Minimum Job Requirements

  • PLC ladder logic programming experience required
  • Solid communication skills
  • Electrical diagram proficiency

Desired Skills and Experiences

  • PLC programming background - Ladder logic or Function block
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer focus
  • Industrial Control System background a plus
