Assistant Customer Service Manager

Job Overview

Provide the highest level of customer service and support to all Fulton customers.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities include equipment and parts.
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure that all our customers receive the best possible service and support from Fulton.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry, order processing and order distribution.
  • Assist in the  establishment and  adherence of  customer communication guidelines
  • Maintain efficient processes for: Customer inquiries, All customer communications, Order entry, Verification of accuracy, Documentation distribution, File integrity, Delivery communications, Pricing integrity, Policy adherence, Invoicing – timeliness and accuracy, Handling of special terms, Shipping – coordination and  paperwork, Switchboard operations, Distributions of sales and support literature
  • Act as the “hub” of the wheel for our customers and their communication with other Fulton groups.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of five years Customer Service experience
  • Manufacturing or manufacturing rep organization preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Technical aptitude
  • Persistent and consistent follow up skills

Required Training

  • Service School
  • Parts Training
