Assistant Customer Service Manager
Job Overview
Provide the highest level of customer service and support to all Fulton customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Responsibilities include equipment and parts.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure that all our customers receive the best possible service and support from Fulton.
- Ensure accurate and timely order entry, order processing and order distribution.
- Assist in the establishment and adherence of customer communication guidelines
- Maintain efficient processes for: Customer inquiries, All customer communications, Order entry, Verification of accuracy, Documentation distribution, File integrity, Delivery communications, Pricing integrity, Policy adherence, Invoicing – timeliness and accuracy, Handling of special terms, Shipping – coordination and paperwork, Switchboard operations, Distributions of sales and support literature
- Act as the “hub” of the wheel for our customers and their communication with other Fulton groups.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of five years Customer Service experience
- Manufacturing or manufacturing rep organization preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Technical aptitude
- Persistent and consistent follow up skills
