| Pulaski, NY - Fulton (www.fulton.com), the global manufacturer of steam, hydronic and thermal fluid heat transfer products and provider of innovative energy management solutions, has expanded its line of popular Vantage series condensing hydronic boilers to include a 6,000,000 BTU/hr input model. The new Vantage 6,000,000 BTU/hr model features thermal efficiencies up to 99% when firing on natural gas. The introduction of the Vantage 6,000,000 BTU/hr input model into the hydronic heating market creates opportunities for the reduction of energy usage and overall environmental impact of systems with large energy requirements. "By offering a 6,000,000 BTU/hr model of the Vantage boiler, we've taken the already popular high-efficiency product and made it that much more applicable to a variety of larger applications," said Erin Sperry, Commercial Heating Product Manager, Fulton Heating Solutions. "At Fulton, we're paying attention to products that offer premium efficiency along with reliable operation, thus contributing to lowering the environmental impact with green building designs of all sizes." The 6,000,000 BTU/hr model joins Fulton's proven product line of Vantage 2,000,000; 3,000,000; and 4,000,000 BTU/hr units. All Vantage boiler models are exceptionally tolerant of varying system conditions. The boilers feature a robust condensing heat exchanger of Duplex alloy steel, which results in superior corrosion resistance and low thermal expansion rates. Vantage boilers are an ideal choice for ultra-high-efficiency condensing applications. High product mass and large pressure vessel water volume design removes minimum water temperature requirements and reduces sensitivity to varying flow conditions, eliminating the need for boiler temperature control valves. Lower return water temperatures promote condensing of the flue gases and increase the Vantage boiler efficiency. The Vantage 2,000,000; 3,000,000; and 4,000,000 BTU/hr product line includes dual fuel models for natural gas/propane and natural gas/#2 oil capabilities. Fulton's Vantage was, in fact, the first condensing boiler to offer operation on #2 oil as a backup fuel. Vantage boilers offer efficiencies up to 91 percent when operating on #2 oil. The Vantage boiler can operate in condensing mode when firing on B-100 bio-diesel and also can operate on a variety of digester gases. The Vantage Low Emissions boilers feature less than 9ppm NOx, which can be achieved across all ambient conditions while maintaining ultra-high-efficient operation and full modulation. "There's a great market need for condensing hydronic boilers for larger applications," Sperry said. "We are pleased to offer another product customers can count on, backed by the reliability of the Fulton name."
