Technical Parts Specialist
Job Overview
Technical Parts Specialists provide technical support to customers who inquire about the aftermarket sales of parts for all Fulton product lines. Technical parts specialists communicate daily with representatives, customers, and engineers through a variety of means and provide the highest quality of support.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Provide customer support related to aftermarket parts, including required research for all Fulton product lines
- Daily communication with customers, reps, and engineers via varying means of communication to ensure fulfillment of aftermarket requirements
- Generate parts quotes and coordinate ordering of special miscellaneous parts, as needed
- Assist with maintaining accurate Parts listings for all product lines
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must
- Strong computer skills
- Strong sense of customer urgency
- Corrected Vision, if impaired
- Full hearing and speech capabilities
- Manual dexterity sufficient for keyboard input and writing
- Physical mobility for climbing, walking, standing and sitting for long periods of time
Required Training
- Identification of Parts and Inventory items
- Use of computer software
- Proper phone and email etiquette
