Fulton receives $1.5 Million grant from New York and a visit from the Governor Fulton has announced a 125,000 square foot expansion plan for their Pulaski manufacturing facility. The state of New York is lending their support with a $1.5 million grant. New York governor David Paterson visited Fulton Thermal Corporation on Tuesday, October 13th for a tour of the facility.
