Process Applications

Fulton has supplied steam boilers for bakeries, plastic processors, paper manufactures and a host of other industries that require high-pressure steam. Fulton's engineering team can design unique solutions that include adding superheaters, accumulators and special controls to provide a custom steam application.

Hot water process applications are ideal for the Pulse and Vantage series boilers. Because these boilers have no minimum return water temperature, the varying load conditions that may exist during processes can be tolerated by the boilers. Material construction of these boilers allows temperatures of up to 300°F.

For temperatures below 32°F or above 350°F, thermal fluid (hot oil) systems can be an excellent choice. These customized skidded systems can be designed based on the parameters of your heat transfer application. Thermal fluid systems may include unfired steam or hot water generators as well as heat/cool loops. These process heating skids can be applied to a variety of markets including plastics, adhesives, rubber and rubber compounds, chemical and pharmaceutical processing and other high temperature applications.
