A trend of innovative research and development began with Fulton's founder, Lewis Palm, and is continued today with Fulton's corporate New Product Development Group.
Fulton's New Product Development facility is located in New York, and houses a dedicated staff of Engineers, Designers and Technicians. The building is outfitted to develop, test and certify multiple large and small hot water, steam and thermal fluid heaters simultaneously. This team supports development projects for all business units within the Fulton companies.
Fulton has been pioneering the most efficient and lowest emission heating technology for decades. The New Product Development Group continues to be at the forefront of such technologies as condensing hydronic boilers, low emission burners, high turndown burners and high efficiency industrial steam boilers and thermal fluid heaters.
Through private funding and government funding Fulton has recently initiated alternate energy initiatives to support the next generation of energy use in heat transfer products.
