| Overall Responsibility: |
Provide technical support and service on the complete line of Fulton products.
|
| Duties: |
- Provide customer support relating to technical information and problem solving.
- Perform service work and training on Fulton products.
- Provide product improvement recommendations and customer feedback.
- Complete all required documentation associated with the job.
- Provide technical support to R & D, production or quality assurance when not in the field as directed by the Customer Service Manager.

| Requirements: |
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years manufacturing / field service or equivalent trade and / or educational experience.
- Mechanical background with equipment repair coupled with a strong electrical background in troubleshooting and repair of electric / electronic control devices.
- Ability to independently diagnose field problems and repair them.
- Unrestricted NYS driver's license and valid passport.
- No credit problems.
- Basic computer skills.

| Special Requirements: |
| This position involves travel to job sites and dis-assembly of heat transfer devices under field conditions. Manual dexterity, physical mobility and full use of all senses are required not only to effectively repair the unit, but also to ensure the safety of the Service Technician. Full use of normal body parts is required. |
