Hot Water / Hydronic Boilers
Fulton offers a full range of products for the commercial heating market, including condensing, non-condensing, and dual-fuel options. Our high efficiency condensing boilers are designed to operate in the most aggressive and challenging of applications, while hybrid (condensing/non-condensing) systems provide a balance between up-front investment and long-term payback from energy savings.
Thermal Fluid Heaters
With over 40 years of thermal fluid engineering experience, Fulton is able to design and engineer superior thermal fluid heater systems. Fulton heaters can reach temperatures of 750°F (345°C) making them an ideal choice for many process heat applications, including food, chemical and pharmaceutical processing.
Invictus Heat Pump Systems
The Invictus is a gas absorption heat pump designed for commercial hydronic heating and cooling applications. Incorporating Invictus units into a system with hydronic boilers yields the ultimate heating performance for the most demanding of climates, with efficiencies up to 149%.
Temperature Control Units
Fulton's Temperature Control Units (TCU) solve some of the industry's most demanding control problems, including customized heat/cool systems for batch reactors or continuous processes with temperatures from -150°F to +750°F.
ModSync Sequencing System
Introducing the next generation solution for the sequencing of condensing boilers: The ModSync Sequencing System. Designed to maximize the efficiency of a multiple boiler hydronic loop, the ModSync resets the loop temperature based on outdoor temperature.

Mobile Boiler Room Rental Trailer
Fulton’s 125 HP Boiler Room Rental Trailer comes fully mounted and wired with single point connections for steam, electrical, water, drain and fuel. All equipment is enclosed in a 53’ trailer and ready for installation.
