Technical Call Center

Fulton provides a call center available to address service needs and questions over the phone. Often, an on-site service call can be eliminated by troubleshooting equipment or system challenges remotely. This service is offered at no additional charge to our customers. We can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Aftermarket Service Parts Depot

Fulton has a substantial inventory of both OEM and non-OEM parts for all Fulton products as well as parts for competitive equipment. We also offer preventative maintenance kits for each product we sell

Service Schools
Fulton offers both in-house and regional service schools to service personnel for all products. Service schools range from one to five days in length and cover the construction and design of the equipment, installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting. In-house schools include a detailed factory tour to witness all the stages of production, classroom training reviewing theory of operation and maintenance and hands on training exercising practically the knowledge gained in the class. Field service schools can be designed specifically around custom applications on request.
Equipment Commissioning & Troubleshooting
Fulton service engineers can expediently solve your heating equipment needs from original commissioning to preventative maintenance to troubleshooting and repair. Our service engineers are qualified to work on all industrial/commercial heating equipment in the industry, not just equipment of our manufacture. Service visits include detailed training of the equipment to assist the customer in maximizing the longevity and efficiency of the equipment and system. All service visits are followed with a comprehensive and explanation of how to prevent future problems with the equipment. All outstanding safety concerns or other outstanding issues will be clearly called out and followed up on by our staff.
Heating System Commissioning & Service
Our service engineers are trained, beyond addressing heater issues, to look at how the heating system operates and to work with the facility personnel to optimize the performance of the system. Our engineers will work with your staff to appropriately adjust system set points and modulation, time schedules, set up trend logs to monitor building performance, and set up alarms to monitor critical areas. These parameters can be reviewed and modified by our staff to ensure continued efficient system operation. All service visits are followed with a comprehensive service report detailing the task requested, root cause of any problems found, work performed and explanation of how to prevent future problems with the equipment. All outstanding safety concerns or other outstanding issues will be clearly called out and followed up on by our staff.
In-house Pump Repair Facility
Fulton has a state of the art in-house repair facility where we can diagnose and repair hot water and thermal fluid circulating pumps. Manufacturers we work with include MTH, Burks, Grundfos, Bell and Gossett, Gould, Durco, Deans, SIHI, Allweiler, Dickow, Kontro, Worthington, MP, Viking, among others.
Heating System Maintenance Contracts
Fulton has service engineers skilled in maximizing the operating efficiency and longevity of your heating equipment and systems. Our focus with service contract holders is to become a partnership, where we work together to cost-effectively manage your heating costs and minimize our impact on the environment. Contract holders additionally receive the benefit of lower service labor rates and receive a generous parts discount from our parts department.
Heating Equipment Controls Upgrades
Heating equipment controls are periodically being upgraded to incorporate new and improved means of monitoring and controlling your equipment efficiency. Our office can provide a cost-benefit analysis of your equipment and system to assist you in planning and budgeting any available upgrades.
